Ray, co-founder of ServiceUSA Home Inspections, has been a home inspection professional since 1993. He has completed more than 30 specialized courses in home inspection continuing education, including, but not limited to, ACG Electrical/Personal Protection, Kentucky Law for Real Estate, Home Inspector Standards of Conduct, Brick Technology, and Moisture Management & Setting & Flashing of Windows & Bricks.

Sheila is a Certified Radon Measurement Professional and provides both Standard and Analytical Services. She has been with ServiceUSA Home Inspections since 1999 and has worked worked in both administrative and field operations. Currently she serves as the director of radon services for the company. Her other achievements include her continued educational studies and her dedication to family.
Under Sheila’s guidance, ServiceUSA Home Inspections recently updated all 10 of the Continuous Radon Monitors that it employs with Sun Nuclear's newest 1028 models. With these new monitors, new report format software, and Sheila's continued dedication to service, ServiceUSA Home Inspections can assure clients of accurate results within a quick response time.
