Ray, co-founder of ServiceUSA, has been a certified home inspection professional since 1993. He has completed the National Association of Certified Home Inspector Standards of Practice as well as more than 20 specialized courses in home inspection continuing education, including, but not limited to, ACG Electrical/Personal Protection, Kentucky Law for Real Estate, Home Inspector Standards of Conduct, Brick Technology, and Moisture Management & Setting & Flanking of Windows & Bricks.

Billy has been providing home inspections since 2003. He has completed the American Home Inspectors Training program as well as the following classes: Code Administrators Association of Kentucky Code Update, American Home Inspectors Training Marketing and Business Course, and Pre-Manufactured Homes Class. Billy has also completed more than 18 months of additional field training, including 1 year with season home inspector Ray Sandbek. Billy also teaches a specialized class for First Time Home Buyers at the Urban League.
